Need to work on muscle memory where I maintain scapula forward (towards head/ cephalad) during catch.
Hi Lukas, just wanted to say with your videos I went from not being able to swim the length of the pool, to being able to swim 600 yards straight, and 1500 yards in a total workout. Keep doing what you're doing because it truly helps!
Yes it was horrible, I’ve been at that pool many times and the one time I want to shoot this video that was going on, we just went with it , but I apologize …that had never happened before
Good improvement. I think his elbow is still too low on his arm pull, at least a little bit. I like to use an oar to explain the high elbow part. If you tip it very much, you just aren't getting enough forearm involvement. One of my lap pals has that set of goggles you showed and swears by them. I still prefer a watch, and review after I am done. Maybe I should try one....
Very good cue with the oar , yes you should try the goggles , great tool to add if you like to keep up with data , with my discount you can get a good deal on them
