Electric would be about a mile away and I believe most wells in the area are from 100-300 feet deep.

EVERYTHING they are showing is sold!
They have one section on their website labeled "recently sold properties" and five or six other sections label for properties FOR SALE.
YET EVERY ONE of those properties are SOLD!
If it's sold, why aren't they in the recently sold section?
And I've NEVER seen them give anybody a straight answer.
No matter what is asked, or how simple and straightforwarded the question is, the answer is ALWAYS nothing but a link to the website.
I don't know about you but when a company repeatedly, habitually, intentionally advertises things that aren't even available, (kinda sounds like "false advertising" doesn't it?) and they refuse to ever give a straight answer, it really starts sounding like a big scam to me.
And I wouldn't just throw a comment like this out of the blue without having tested it multiple times, tried it myself, or seen other people try multiple times, to get a straight answer.
