Dock Lifeguard - Checking Ambient Voltage in the water at your dock

Video showing how to check what the ambient voltage in the water is around your dock. Note: Everybody of water has electricity in it. In most lakes it is very low, i.e below 0.5 Volts. Some lakes in the SE area of the US is is common to see around 2 Volts. Knowing what your ambient voltage is helps is configuring your Dock Lifeguard system.
