I'm mostly using watercolor and you have really inspired me to start acrylic and gouache, since i'm fairly new I've copied your March bujo (the one with flowers) and since u explain very well it came up really good! Hopefully when i get better I can start creating on my own. Do u think u're gonna do a nebula/galaxy theme someday? I've done one with watercolor but it would be interesting to see your creation and how u handle it with gouache! Have a nice day!

I see that you’re listening to my chemical romance and while that band has some great songs, it’s not very good for mental health. I know it’s a vibe and you just feel like you like it atm but your mood is all in what you take in.. such as movies, music, books etc. Try something more upbeat even if it doesn’t feel right. Making a gratitude log will help too. I hope this helps you. Someone suggested these things to me and it’s helped me. I no longer have depression. I had it for 20+ years. It’s a great feeling to be free from it! I’m rooting for you 🤍❄️ Also, I love your spreads 😉

Beautiful spread! Just a tip for you, about the lack of daylight thing and how it affects your mood. I´m the same, and here in Sweden it is not many hours of daylight, and the "daylight" we get is cloudy and grey.. I borrowed a light therapy lamp from someone I know and have been using it every morning now for a few weeks. I find it really helps me. You just put the lamp on your desk for example and sit there for about 30 minutes. Maybe that is something to look into? Just a suggestion, because I know how depressing this time of year can be.. :)
