Very genuine person. Every answer is thoughtful not meant to be smart.

I recently dined at Faviken and it was simply one of the most magical pure experiences I have ever had while dining.
He's signature dish, the scallop, is hauntingly amazing.

I loved seeing Magnus last year presenting his vision for Faviken and I love the book. How he is able to be so localy and sustainably conscious is amazing and admirable.

Magnus is a truly inspirational chef. His laid back, yet precise persona is emulated into his work on the plate. I hope to have the honor of dining in his restaurant one day.

What a luxury to have him around - that this company spends money on this - what a pitty, only 15 are able to see, how interesting that is!

26:18. To me, the kitchen of the future will be less style more functional: PID controlled (sous vid) for any operation (boiling, roasting, toasting) robotic arm assisted (most recipies are just adding things at various times, e.g. Add butter after cooked) meets a dispensing machine for extracted spices and staples (rice/oat) that's fed by drone via amazon like sourcing and various scheduling.
