Smurfette promises Mother Nature that if she creates a blue rose Smurfette will never cut it. But when the white rose becomes blue, Smurfette becomes white. The only way to make Smurfette blue again is for her to cut the rose. She reluctantly cuts the rose, returning nature to normalcy and learning that one cannot always keep a promise.
