Thanks, Regina. But there's nothing that can go wrong with the basic marzipan Easter eggs. And if you're not confident of painting them, just put random dots of a contrasting colour on them or leave them unpainted. Just enjoy the eggs in their different colours.

How do I prepare it adding almond do I need to useless skinless almonds can you share the same recipee using almond please.
Yes, sure, Suieta. Take an equivalent weight of almonds and soak them in boiling hot water for around half an hour. Then skin them and pat them dry with a clean towel. Spread them and air them for some time more to make sure they're a little drier. Then mix with icing sugar and grind in a mixer-grinder. Hope this helps.

Hi ma'am what if it's little more soft what is the remedy to get it normal.
If the marzipan is too soft, Linda, it could mean you added a little more sugar syrup than necessary. In that case, mix in a little more of the powdered cashew nuts and icing sugar.

Hi thanks for the recipe. However when I was kneading in the colour i, a lot of oil was oozing out. How do I deal with that?
Shanti, you have to grind the cashewnuts very carefully, If they're ground too much they turn into an oily mass. It is to reduce such a possibility that I suggested grinding the crushed or coarsely ground cashew nuts with the icing sugar. However, you could restore the oily marzipan by mixing in a little icing sugar at a time till the oiliness disappears.
