No he didn't? This is recorded through the replay viewer, doom is on "red" team, defending. You can see he is attacking and killing blue team, and the UI shows a red "3" on objective indicating 3 of his teammates were on the point anyway.

I switched from console to pc and yes, anything under masters on console is pretty much silver on pc
