Starting over is my favorite thing. It gives me permission to reset to what it is that I want based on who I am at that moment. It can be scary but also thrilling. I'm so happy for you Sonia. Hi! I loved this. I'm 31 this year, so a little younger lol but this resonated. I like what you said about taking ownership of your life and doing what needs to be done to get what you want, and the ice cream analogy lol. To me, starting your life over is taking everything you’ve gathered that you want to keep, gently or not, letting everything you don’t want to take forward die and taking your life back; allowing myself to grow towards making every decision going forward, in alignment with where I want to go…and to soak up every moment in the present because that’s all I have and I don’t want to chase the future, especially when it has already started 🥰🙏🏽 thank you for this share.
