Hello chef Ashok. Greetings from Bangalore.
This is a perfect looking recipe. This type of upma is made in the coastal regions of Karnataka and is called " Karavali Upma".
Just a small suggestion. You can add little sugar to balance to lemon juice, and at the end you can add fresh grated coconut. It is optional, but it will enhance the taste.
Nice to see that you are making such a perfect looking such indian dish. Looking forward to more.
