Ya' know, I derive so much more pleasure out of watching the modern AAA industry fall apart, but I really do wish any studio would try to give a damn about our concerns. DEI as a necessity has been an abstract failure across countless forms of entertainment, we've got the numbers to prove it as an undeniable fact. I just wish we could take a time machine & hop back to the late 2000s/early 2010s, that was a wonderful time to experience things like the Arkham Series, InFamous, the High Moon Transformers duology, and even the original Red Dead.

The thing is most players, I believe, don't really have a problem with gay stuff so long as its done tastefully and with merit. We don't even really care if gay games exist either provided they get their own dedicated section in the store, but this push to just shove it in our faces so obtusely is what most of us are opposed to. It's giving the wrong vibe to players and the only way they can get away with it is if we don't speak up on it. They're de-feminizing women while insidiously trying to pass off more feminized men in gaming and it's a serious problem.

@@arkgaharandan5881 i honestly don’t think any game that has over emphasized on the sexuality of the characters have sold good, or even looked good sure TLOU 2 was different because they copied and pasted the game mechanics of TLOU 1 and had the name Of TLOU 1 as an existing IP thats why it did good, but the characters there looked atrocious and a lot of players hated the direction they decided it to go so it divided the fan base even with a good a foundation from TLOU 1
