Thank you for your video. I made 20 pounds of seedless concord grape juice and I've had requests for the jelly. I will just add a little more sugar and liquid pectin to my juice and then hopefully it will set like jelly.
Old timers used to get the jelly boiling, pour it into the jars, then cover the top with paraffin if they didn't can it Enjoyed your thought process and happy style.
And you can make lo-sugar jelly but I've found that it is not as concentrated and I tend to use more! I do shudder, though, to think "7 cups of sugar in 9 cups of jelly" Yikes! thanks for your comment!
If you are asking if you can use empty saved jars, they will usually work for freezing, although I prefer mason jars like Kerr or Ball. If you are processing on the stove, you need to use actual canning (Mason) jars. If I misunderstood you, please reply and I'll try again!

Yes, that's how my mom did it! We had huge blocks of paraffin. :) thanks!
Gelatinized Grape 🍇 flavored sugar, YUM! Better than grape flavored high fructose corn syrup. 👍🏼🙂👍🏼
