The recliner is out. We only have that green chair in there while the Christmas tree is taking up space in our living room. Everything else needs to stay bc it’s a school room. It might have a lot of stuff in it but we use it all. 😅
To create a more spacious feel, try moving the cube to the area with the green paint and place the piano on the back wall by itself. This arrangement will help open up the space.

IMHO, the beautiful formal piano doesn't go with the casualness of the room. The recliner and the piano side by side don't complement each, other. I understand why you want the piano in there for educational purposes. Try angling that chair in the corner and taking out. the recliner.

I think you are trying way too hard to get this room into order . Grab a piece of paper and make a drawing of how you see things placed inside your room furniture items only . Take out everything else such as paintings and alike then slowly see how you can create that new look for the room

too much furniture in that room. something will have to be moved to another room.
