i love how you describe and explain things easy enough for anyone to understand, you're not there trying to sound over intelligent you just tell it how it is plain and simple Great job brother
Nice knife. Reminds me of a kukuri version of a SCHF45. I tool a Dremmel too and a sanding block and removed the beltloop it came with. I'm making a leather frog for it so I can switch it between right and left handed carry options.
Gotta get at least one of these! May have to mod the sheath a bit for my own needs but this one looks like a keeper. Probably have to get 2 cause #1 son is in the market for a good chopper a well.
Say Heah Tac't. Yeah we just got in from a little outing, on this Father's Day and we don't want to miss The Cleveland Cav's beat Golden State. Anyhow, I just pulled the trigger on a BK-20. But even though I already had the BK-4 & 5. I had to buy mine with those two as a package deal. I actually like the BK-5 better, But just for the record as much as the BK-7. But the BK-4 is very similar to the Schrade your reviewing. I really like it and I did team mine with the BK-5 as a Lite Carry. and the BK-4 is thinner than the Schrade so it can double as a clearing summer long knife to clear paths through the brambles and clear out a camp area and it can help setting up a shelter. For a lighter tool, it's a decent chopper as you pointed out in your video and the Schrade Kukuri. But my BK-20 next to our BK-9 Makes the 9 look small. The BK-20 is a modified copy of a military Bowie that was used in the Philippine conflict. Kewl Beanz, Eah, Thanx.
Hey TAC! It's your airborne brother Owl! Listen up have you checked out some of the Schrade folders? The 107ALBK/106/104? They have nice aluminum handles and cost 9$-14$... For a 8cr13mov blade (crap Chinese) not too shabby.
hey tac , i love how shrade has listend and kicked out so many new designs this year , this ones just not for me though , ive had bad things happen to every peice of 3cr13 steel ive had , i just steer clear of it , but i uderstand they try to keep the price right for people on a budget, take care brother and see you in the next video
hey Tac, big fan of the show! i had a review suggestion. I know nost of your stuff is budget blades and getting the nost bang for your buck. i found one id like reviewed. Its a blade made by Sharp Blades called the Reaper. its a very Interesting blade.
Say Heah Tac'ie My People and Gang, Nice review, Yeah, I like blade's that shape, I also like Ergo handles. I have one of my Fav. Chopper's my O. K. C. Gen2 SP-53 and my Ergo Busse's. Nice review, though, Very Gentleman and Lady like.,,.
+Surago Jessica X in my opinion is one of the best actually. The shittiest was that tanto that Tac managed to bend the tip. :) But it's only my opinion, you don't have to agree.
Asher Forrester everyone's entitled to an opinion. I change mine all the time, never held or used the Jessica x. I'm basing my opinion on the other reviews, the shape and size. That and I'm kind of a machete fan. I've done all the things Jessica x has done with a cheap machete (not as well at some tasks mind you).
+ShooterMedic Low-grade steel that's best suited for cheap multitools and whatnot, at least that's the impression I get. I do believe it is used on the Gerber Dimes main blade, which does not hold an edge for too long, but on a multitool that can be touched up in minutes, that's fine. I mean, when something like a Kershaw Camp 10 is only 40 bucks with MN65 steel, which is supposedly similar to 1065, then why bother with anything else?
sorry cool looking i would naver ever use one a old pal james the one that put bomb in my truck i just bot off him ok wierd a ied to the trucks sys sorry atf thing why did he do that that right something about Texas you dont fuck with them one more bad guy to the list that not that long and thay say bikers are kind love men lol right dont put hits on cops some where over the rambo you know the rest lol ncis la baby
it's ugly as hell schf48 looks horrendous what is performing very well but it's just completely ugly as sin why is the handle on an angle makes no sense to me anyway usually the handle on a kukri is straight and than the blade curves... Just seems not to make any sense to me! personally I wouldn't buy it. but I do like the 45
i love how you describe and explain things easy enough for anyone to understand, you're not there trying to sound over intelligent you just tell it how it is plain and simple
Great job brother
Awesome! It's great to see the whole crew out there doing tests! The blade looks amazing!
Nice knife. Reminds me of a kukuri version of a SCHF45. I tool a Dremmel too and a sanding block and removed the beltloop it came with. I'm making a leather frog for it so I can switch it between right and left handed carry options.
Nicely done Tac, love your work bro. Makes it entertaining
This looks like something that I would buy! Thanks tactical.
Glad to see some other perspectives on a blade! (not that yours weren't good) Keep it up brother!
I love the handle on my 45 I can't wait to get this one
Schrade makes really great knives for the price. Hands down
Great vid dude, good to hear 3 separate opinions👍
Great Review! I miss your reviews Tac!
I like the three way review. Good job Tac.
Agreed.
Tactical, Bush, Mrs.Tactical all reviewing this together was good.
But ... I miss tactical's usually chop tests, etc...
Stanley Sprow, yup...they definitely made that Schrade air tight...hehe
Devils 3 way.
@ 1:22 I was like wtf happened to Tacs voice. Then he talked off camera and I was like ohhhh he's not doing the testing lol
That’s Bush

I like the review with three different people. Keep it up.
I love waking up to a new Tactical video , but you cost me money this time haha

why didn't you include this in the chop off?
if this is only about $40 then it's better than some knives blades I've seen on the market for three times that much
She probably didn't have a tight enough grip which is why she felt the shock...but being the master I'm sure you already figured that out.😁
Hey Tac, i'm looking for a chopper/heavy-duty with minor detail work. should I get this or the Schrade SCHF28?
i wonder when Tac Junior will be dropping by
I take that back
hey tac I was wondering how you do the blade twirl thing at 3:50 maybe you could make a vid on it, keep up the good vids

Nice one bro

Is a schrade schf9 a good budget knife for survival?
+anthony hdz Yes.
any schrade is good I've seen.
+Surago except for Chris tanners ridiculous monster thing.....
+Surago Jessica X in my opinion is one of the best actually. The shittiest was that tanto that Tac managed to bend the tip. :) But it's only my opinion, you don't have to agree.

04:05 that fail HAHAHAHA
Kinda of worried about the steel.... Anyone know about it?
+ShooterMedic Low-grade steel that's best suited for cheap multitools and whatnot, at least that's the impression I get. I have a Schrade SCHF28 with the same metal, it works damn good under heavy use. Edge Retention is good too. The coating / finish is nice too.
Dude are u working for schrade now?
+Val Valiant I wish, I could quite my day job
Sold

It's a bit too low and make it hard to hear what you are saying !
THANKS DUDE !
Sounds fine at this end

Miss Tac is better at batoning with a kukri than Tac is. He always gets the blade stuck.

Just seems not to make any sense to me! personally I wouldn't buy it. but I do like the 45
Biblical design Makhaira not a Kukri. It stabs better than a regular straight Kukri.
