I'm not the only one who has this on loop today, am I? The Beatles have gifted us with a catalog of beautiful, timeless earworm music to move and uplift us in a world that all too often throws around senseless loss and destruction and cruelty and stupidity as its playthings. Sangah Noona is the rare artist who, as a cosmic conduit of sorts, can tap into the essence of these songs we've heard our whole lives, shining new beauty and meaning to them. This song sounds like it's always existed.
Sangah, we can tell you "felt something special", because you seemed happier last night than I've seen you all year, and it's clear how much you love music and how much this inspired you. I hope you keep that feeling for a very long time. I've never really liked the Beatles, but watching this magical effect they've had on you makes me want to reconsider.
I really think people who are dismissing this song as weak need to listen to this. Hauntingly beautiful and like most Beatles songs has so much more depth than you realise upon first hearing. Thankyou.
It is haunting. Partly due to the minor chord progression. I like it more upon each listen. Also, when played by a concert pianist, it sounds like something one of the great composers (Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, Chopin, etc.) may have written.
Exactly true...so much more depth....and pretty much the same with many of the Beatles' songs, which, I think, is one of the aspects that makes their music stand apart from everything else (amongst other things). IMHO, of course...
I have listened now 5 times and still feel that need to hear it again and again. Jonh's song and the Beatles' last recording as a band is an instant Classic. Sangah as many here have felt your performance was wonderful and tastefully played.❤💯
Sixty years later, Beatlemania reloaded. All I can do is listen on and on to this precious jewel. Sangah, you are just perfect. Thank you from my heart. 🙏
Hey Ted, as StockSplitters says don't give misinformation which I gave you yesterday on PAWTY balloons. There were 9 Balloons in total - LETS PAWTY. I think🤔 Sangah was thinking it going to take too much effort being 9 Balloons. Ha ha, But she did an excellent job with the other decorations...
@stevegarcia5004 Oh I see, there were balloons that spelled out LETS PAWTY. And I think Sangah said Friday night that she blew up one of them (which I thought was very funny and Sangahish 😆). Thanks for clearing up my misinformation, Steve! 🙂👍
