great! super nice to see it develop like this. i think i also noticed cana edulis?! correct. I have them growing here aswell..do you have them for the harvest of the bulbs...or let's say would you harvest them for consumption or are they just there for your biomass production?
recently i am experimenting with comfrey planted in a straight line right beside my treeline for the ease of managment and to repress invasive grasses. I am seeing your pigeon pea and sunhemp, mexican sunflower mixed with your tree crops, Do you see vitality in a system that has the biomass producers right at the edge on both sides of the treelines to make managment easier? or do you think there would not be enough positive interaction between different plant species.
