YAAAAAS I love sunscreen because I have sun damage already as someone who is pale and freckled. I now pride myself on taking care of my skin and getting out of the sun more but I don’t think many of the sunscreens make my friends comfortable wearing because so many of them talk about the sheen on top of their skin and thus they’d rather risk sun damage. So I’d love to have sunscreen that’s completely universal so everyone can use my sunscreen! It breaks my heart that such vital skin care products such as spf is not always universal😭
yesss -- i agree 100%! i'm such a huge supporter of sunscreen, especially for darker skin because there's such a misconception that dark skin tones don't need sunscreen :( even for me, it wasn't until 6/7 years ago that i started wearing it properly 🙈🙈🙈 and i totally get your friends because some of the sunscreens i've tried have been absolutely hideous and made me doubt wearing anything at all. i really wish sunscreen was more universal but i'm happy that there are waaaay more options available and that people are starting to know more about the importance of it. thank you for your comment! i always love hearing different perspectives 🥰🥰🥰
