@Vesa Eskola Thanks alot for that video! Can you maybe tell me how you found out the part numbers from Bosch? I have an OM668 with injector problems. If I ask Bosch, I'll get an "we can't sell you that because you can't do that on your own!" -.- Also: How did you know how tight you had to screw it back together? Did you knew the torque/Nm? (Sorry for my bad English!)
Quite simple, i contacted local diesel service shop and asked repairing kit with number printed in the injector. They have service manuals and were able to pick and send what ever parts was needed to complete repairing or service. Here at Finland there are at least few diesel shops with this kind of great customer service. Installation of CDI injectors is the most important and difficult part of service and must be completed carefully. Cleaning injector hole must be done carefully and well to avoid leaks. New bolts are needed, 7Nm +90 deg + 90 deg is correct torque. Very gently....
@@veskola I envy you... ^^ but I'll give it a try... Maybe your local shop has an internet adress? Just in case... ;) I have a shop where I get all my parts for the old injectors of my OM603, but it doesn't offer stuff for the CDI injectors unfortunately :/
@@veskola Today I tested the return flow quantity and 1 injector is done. But nobody is going to sell me the damn kit, so I have to buy a refurbished injector for 100€ instead of doing it myself for 2€... -.- Dangit! That's bugging me really hard. But still thanks again... maybe one day I'll find a dealer who'll sell me these kit's if another injector dies...
Good day we have a 2001 Mercedes 112cdi vito and we replaced the one injector but now after we changed it, it does not want to start at all. What can be the problem?
