Very informative and detailed lesson. Can you introduce in the sludge process at the end instead of heating the sludge after dewatering maybe at dewatering using the Geotube where you introduce a poly to sludge as a thickening agent and also to assist with killing harmful bacteria and in that process dewater dry and then at the same time safe electicity or power and then sell the dry sludge as a fertiliser to farmers? Just a question or an idea. Please let me know if it may work or not.

It settles to the bottom due to the slower flow of water. There may be additives introduced to help bind the solids and make them heavier so they will settle to the bottom.
