Id like more info please. Im a full met amputee of my left foot (motorcycle accident) and im somewhat young..somewhat.
Anyways where do i get a leg brace that short like that? What kind of orthotic insert is he using?
Id love to talk to this man or someone in my same situation.
Ive had a hard time..
You should make more vidoes and get people on like this to talk.
Im thinking of organizing my own videos and share tips and things to help deal with this condition.
So far ive never met anybody in the same boat. Im 3 years since the last suregery and 6 years since the first of 8. Ive got alot ive learned but still need a better insert and leg brace.

Please share. My boyfriend had a transmet amputation in 2022, he's been struggling a lot with the prosthetics that workers comp provided (foam insert and full carbon fiber leg brace) as they both have cons to using, I came here looking for more options. We're looking for other people in the same boat too because there's just so little info about this kind of amputation. So if you have advice or anything to say at all, we're all ears. I wouldnt want a rubber foot extender. I could shorten my shoes for less.
I have a partial big toe amputation and wouldnt think of getting a rubber toe.
