I feel like he's in the coffin as his old self, meaning his old evil self died, but continuously comes back to fight him every day. he fights his past self physically but finally begins fighting with his mind and spirit which I believe is demonstrated when he throws his past self around without laying a hand on him. once he kills his past self either for good or once again he lays it, aka his demon to rest. he is then asked by his conciense if he is satisfied with the world after fighting his demons to better the world and in the very end I believe he stands up to represent that he still has more work to do to better the world. sadly he wasn't able to carry out all of his plans after his death. rip prince x
yea
also *conscience
FACTS
I agree completely with this 🙌🏻
Rock Reacts this is what is happening
And the song ties into it because it's talking about suicide but in context of the music video he is killing himself.
X fighting his old self 🙅🏾♂️🙅🏾♂️🙅🏾♂️
X meant so much to me and I’m so happy you guys are reacting to him again. LONG LIVE X.
you two are my favourite fr
Im WavvyAF fr long live
My favorite artist as well. RIP Jah
Well said 👌🏼
James Loraine long live bruh 💯
Zach Williamson same man, I connected with him on a very deep level. So much talent gone :(
The note that was upside down says. People change things change and so did I as long as the outcome is good for myself and family I am not complaining - Xxxtentacion
You guys need to see his old sound-cloud music man, Yung Bratz, Take a step back all the classics
Yes Definitely Yung Bratz is one of his best and personal favourites
I believe he was putting the old him, the angry 'look at me' him, to rest. He was moving on to better things musically and personally. He had a lot of potential for the future and had just signed a huge record deal. Very sad. RIP..
strange he died after signing to a major label huh?
MakeSenze You know 👁
@@eclipsedbtc why kill them striaght after signing? why not wait till they make loads of music then do it?
@@griefercreations9477 I believe they (higher ups) orchestrated their deaths early as a prerequisite of their contracts, hence why they would all allude to their demise at a young age, so they made them pay with their lives so that way the labels would assume full control of their music and legacy. It's fucked up given the monumental potential all three possessed and the impact they were bound to have on the world with their positive messages of uplifting a generation rooted in mental health issues. And the worst part is they were just getting started man. RIP JAH RIP GUS RIP JARAD
@@fauxshow2256 Yeah he hints at selling his soul or at least losing it quite a few times in different songs, especially Devil in Miami. Whether or not you believe in the "Devil" or whether thats just notion to a secret society/group of people who are the "Devil", i.e. the people controlling algorithms and economy and what is shared or looked at on a large scale by people. I mean it was a young man who was being open with sprituality and talking about bettering yourself through natural means, and they killed him off. Whether it was that or they wanted to stop his influence as he had huge influence on the young or a deal was made is up to you to decide. But put it this way the dudes who shot him shot him over a louis bag, everyone knew X it was gonna be high profile no way you get away with it, and they didnt steal the McLaren he was in, they just stole the 1k bag, it was planned not a robbery. And the whole "Hes alive thing" that happened post death was a cover up. Just my opinion a couple years on seeing whats happening today with our governments.
x: Garette´s revenge
this notification made me so happy
Ya’ll gotta do the Look at Me vid now. And more music from X. Dont forget about him 🙏
But this is fantastic. Ty
WorthySire Yh this guy is right. Look at me video is like this one where Look at Me is kind of background material
They've already reacted to look at me
Lfc Riaz they did the song but not the vid
the vid barely has the song in it anyways
Lfc Riaz Not the video. They reacted to the sad audio and video so why not for look at me since it turns into another song
X’s music was continuously evolving and he was blossoming into one of the greatest music artists of our generation. It’s just really sad that this will be his last ever music video 😕 long live prince X
This ‘song’ is more than just a song. It is XXXTENTACION leaving his old self and turning into a good man.
been waiting for this video for a long time!! thank you guys for the analysis love your perspective on this
Window pain and once an addict by j Cole
Michael critchfield HELL YEA
Friends is way more important than both those songs though
Michael critchfield yuppp!!
WGITR3TRO window pain was just as important in trying to get people from where he was from to shape up and get to the other side of the fence. It might even be more important. And then once an addict is completely about his moms alcoholic addiction which can actually speak to a lot of people. Friends probably speaks to more people but it will never hit as hard as those two tracks.
Once an addict is flames. One of my favorite cole songs now.
Was looking forward to this genuine metal reaction. Cheers guys. RIP X
He's beating up the old X ( Showing he has changed and matured ) // He also shows that the mind is the most powerful thing a human has when he uses it to defeat Old X without touching him.
Rest easy Legend
They understanded it
Andy Zyskowski I disagree.
Andy Zyskowski he has impacted the world more than all those rappers combined, and unlike any of those so called “Legends”, he masters a lot of different genres. His impact on this world, not only with his music, but his death, is at the same size as Tupac and his death (or at least very close), and he is by many considered, as one of Hip-Hop’s G.O.A.T.s, if not THE G.O.A.T.
I understand that you don’t think of x as a musical legend and even though i have a different opinion and different taste in music, i respect your opinion. But I know that no one is ever gonna be as big as x in my world (in my eyes)
Andy Zyskowski he has some "lyrical" songs, Vice City, Rare Pt 2, Infinity 888, Kings Dead Remix. Honestly though, i think he's more of an Icon than legend, because a legend would be Kanye, Em, Pac, Biggie etc.. Because he did impact a lot of people with his music, and accomplished a lot in his short lived career, even though he may have not had the best image or may have done things that weren't best for him, he did try to make up for it and become a better person towards the end of his life, donating to charities, orphanages, giving other young artists advice, helping younger kids with mental health issues. He was definitely one of the more iconic artists of this generation
jeez man, lay off the weed for a second, he can be your favourite artist and you can still be realistic about his impact. i dont think he had a huge impact on the world beyond making music alot of people enjoyed. he also hasn't "mastered alot of different Genres" and his death was nowhere near Tupac's. you sound incredibly ignorant through all of this. he did some absolutely terrible things in his life and you can say he was changing and that doesnt change his music and he was your favourite artist and was a legend to you. but you cant seriously argue him against the greats of this (or maybe last at this point) generation and you are greatly overstating his impact before and after his death. Anybody who wasn't already a fan of his and following him closely wasnt impacted by him
Love you guys. Been watching yous for a while now, RIP X
Genuine reactions thanks guys. Take care
Look forward to your videos every single day. Thanks for the consistency.
Yoooo I've never clicked so fast! Haven't even watched the vid but I'm pumped. Thanks for doing this one!
I just want to say you two are charming. Im so glad I've found your channel because yall are great.
Need some more X reactions, I know you'll love most of it
Much love lads
In the future i recommend getting the lyrics up to all songs you're reacting to. Hip Hip is all about the lyrics, word play etc and you seem to miss a lot of good lines.
About time! Keep up the good works lads
You guys are awesome. Love the reactions and your taste of music
i appreciate the reaction, even though it is clearly difficult for you guys. The whole situation with him dying and the way he influenced your channel is obviously something new to you too. It just gives some kind of closure to see people acknowledge his potential, since he will never get to go out show people himself. if that makes sense..
i think that that's the saddest part about his death.. he actively changed himself for the better, and intended to help as many young adults as possible to do the same... anyway, he has definitely had an impact on my life, and i know that because of him i will have a brighter future.
ANYWAY, youre doing great work guys, cheers
Lupe fiasco - deliver, prisoner 1&2, maybe mural
Bring up genius lads !
Mandhir Seera :o first time I see a Lupe comment. But I doubt they will react to him. Because it's dated and not as popular as who they usually do.and although I love prisoner 1& 2, Mural and adoration of Magi. I think they should do some of his older stuff first that have music video. Like words I never said or dumb it down
Yes! I would love to see them react to some super complex rap like Lupe and read from Genius while doing it
So glad you guys did the video too. This is obviously about him battling his past-self, as evidenced by his iconic black and blonde dreads. But one little detail most people seem to miss, or at least not comment on, is that right after Gekyume says 'you must understand the power of the mind' he starts beating up his past self with his mind. This is meant to show that your past is at the whim of your mind. Even when it should be dead, it can come back to harm you. But your mind is in control. What a well-made video. Eerie, to say the least.
Thanks for doing this! We'll never forget xxxtentacion 💔😫✊🏽 #LLJ🕊 #RIPX #badvibesforever
The X in the coffin is supposed to represent old X and the X with no shirt is the X right before his death. It’s supposed to represent X letting go of his past and overcoming past obstacles.
From all the reactions you've Xxxtentacion really seemed like one of the most talented young musicians. So sad he got killed.
RIP X
Love the reactions boys! Keep up the good work!
I live in fl, i remember the exact time and people w me when i heard he died, then seeing his body at the open casket and going to riva motorsports where he was killed and seeing so many of his friends, fam and other artist there as well as at the arena where his body was at for everyone to see. It was a sad day for the world but extremely more sad for us locals who really did want the best for him.
X was tackling his old self and showing later in the video that we need to use the power of our mind! The symbolism is very clever with the ticking clock etc, very haunting considering he died shortly after. I also loved how he captured his old self with the two tone hair which became infamous in his old mugshot photo.
Love you guys. Following since the start, great job.
FINAAA FUCKING LEE. YALL BEEN TAKING YEARS. FINALLYY!!
i'm amazed by how calm u guys reacting to the beatdrop 😂
if you don’t get it, he’s fighting his old negative self. the side that came with horrible allegations that as of yesterday were proved to NOT be true. He wanted me, you, everyone to know he changed. That he was different. When he was outside controlling the fight with his mind, he realized the brain is much more powerful than his fist. He was truly ana amazing person and i’ve been watching and listening to his music since 2014. he had barely any subs on Soundcloud and he was just so smart. Watched every live video of his, has his post notifications on, listened to every song. Thank you guys for reacting. so much. This hits home so much. RIP Prince Jah
React Gang in the building!
I love Jons reaction when something hits him its like a genuine flabbergasted stunned look. Music video is powerful good vids guys
Love you guys
The guy who he’s fighting is his old self like back when he started. He was a rebel with a lot of problems and hatered but after a while he changed with a lot of positivity. Like you have to beat your past to change
muscular guy is a big softy. You can tell these x's music makes him sad since they reacted to the devil in miami. You can tell he is genuinely sad. The other guy also is genuinely sad. Good to see a genuine reaction.
I love how serious they got towards the end
XXXTentacion album "Skins" is coming out in september/october .. all new songs no one has heard yet... rip x
he'll be coming back around late august i believe. This was all just promotion
Great video you guys are dope
My favorite artist of this generation. Most talented Soundcloud rapper by far imo. I was devastated.
please listen to more. its nice to see a fresh view on such an inspirational artist.
Love you guys got my shirt today baby
In the video he is right himself the self that had the blonde and black hair that everyone loved but wasn’t the best of people. He is fighting his inner demons (his past self) and when he lays him down and walks away that symbolizes him putting his past self to rest.
I’m still so upset that he died. Like i still remember last year when I watched his interview after he got out of jail. It’s just sad
I can't watch that video without crying. God damn it
thank you, i hope you guys perceived his message in his video positively
RIP X great video
Can't believe you guys havn't done the look at me video, you guys should do it!
You really do need to do Dave- Question time, unbelievable insight into the world we live in right now in the UK, he’s so knowledgeable at only 20
Love you guys my favs plus british like myself
I loved x
I think the whole concept is that he is trying to move on from his negative past but his past actions are always trying to get the better of the positivity he is trying to create now *when he was alive
This music video is about how he was changing into a better person in his mind and wanted to become a better positive person and it is his new self fighting his old self and "destroying" his old self the depressing/angry version of him and becoming a positive person😔if only he was here to fulfill it💔💔i miss him so much
Watching this video the day it came out was so fucking insane to watch.
a full album reaction to Denzel Curry's Ta13boo would be dope
I was so happy when i saw the notification
SLAYERR
Never clicked on a vid so fast
he won't be forgotten any time soon #ripx
In the video he is fighting his old self. His old self that he is trying to leave behind. The fighting as a symbol for it's old self to be holding on although he is trying to change. In the scene with the all white background is where he is finally putting his old self to rest. Walking away as if he was leaving it behind. To make it easier you can use the haircuts as a reference for his phases. The brown and black colored hair was his angry, depressed stage in life. That's why X shaved off his eyebrows at a certain point because during the stage of the brown and black colored hair is where he gained most of his fame due to the controversial songs but mainly the lawsuits involving his ex. He was trying to shake off that image and become a better person in general. - Despite all the backstory, I am still hurt over his departure from this world. Although I do feel his message is more alive than ever. Long live X. I would have loved to see you evolve as an artist and a person.
Denzel Curry x Jpegmafia - Vengeance
Me yes
Me Denzel Curry x JPEGMAFIA X *Zillakami
Whole album
giant jim Woah woah woah with the “made that song” Denzel and JPEG are fire AF on it too
I dont give af about Zillakami
Nice work guys!! You should do King of the dead
React to “let’s pretend we’re numb”
I think it’s one of his best songs
Love the channel guys, been here since your second video
X was trying to change his life around before he died. This video represents his attempt to kill off his old way of thinking, his old habits, and his past mistakes. So sad to see him go before we got to see who he would have become.
He’s killing off and getting rid of his past demons, all the bad he did. He was showing he’s a different person now
this video is so on the nose its eerie
Everyone is already off the RIP X hype.. To think that death is a trend.. that´s fucking sad.. Thank you for still caring..
legend has 'he still has a broken collarbone' till this day on..
This came out right after he died. It’s crazy. Also y’all should check out
Logic- Warm it up
Wild n out in general
Ahh part of the loo roll stand batch
uploaded 5 min ago early
The videos about him destroying his old self and making himself a better person, rip x 🖤
X's love for anime really showed in that fight haha
Sad! Was about him fighting his old self and basically saying he can't let go of his self but realized he had to, to become the person he was
But let’s be honest here, he was at his own funeral in the video. Let’s not pretend that there’s not hidden messages portrayed in this. It’s strange to watch. Especially with that demon thing
The video is about X fighting his old self to be a better person hence the person he was fighting had his hairstyle from a year ago, he was trying to become a better person and portrayed it in this video by showing how he wanted to prove to the world he was changing, his music videos never generally follow the songs and actually have a much deeper message behind them. Long live X.
Actually love u guys reactions X was an inspiration to me, could u react to the way I see things by lil peep really interested to see what you would think of it
Also X has been doing music since 2014 however he’s only blown up since January of last year.
RIP X
LONG LIVE X
the point of the video is to portray how X was battling his demons or himself and trying better himself as a person and thats why at the end he lays his old self to rest and then the reaper asks if he is satisfied and he gets up meaning he still wants to do more
classic song
It was X fighting his past self that had negativity surround him with the new helping, positive X use the "power of his mind" to win. Hence, the force looking thing he used to fight that resembled some jedi stuff
No music for the outro, i appreciate you guys' respect.
The great part about SAD! Is that it doesn’t only promote suicide awareness and give us an in-depth view into X’s life... it was also sampled using the sound of his Cars seatbelt notification sound. Such a waste of a wildly talented human. RIP X, you will always be remembered, you can’t die in our hearts as long as we always have your music.
This whole video is about him fighting his old self because before he sadly passed he was turning his life around from all the bad things he done when he was younger
RIP X
Finally a reaction channel that doesnt just watch the entire video and not say anything.
First❤️
Great video
There’s a lot more great music he made. Plz continue doing more of his stuff because even though he’s dead I don’t want him to be forgotten
The reasons why X fought himself in the coffin and the hair color is so important in this video, is that when his hair was split black and blonde he was acting out. Getting into troubles, hurting people, hurting himself, etc. He didn't like the side of him and that showed his battle of him fighting himself and he showed how his old self was dead and he was going to change himself, and try to make a positive change on others. Unfortunately, in that process his life was cut short. LLJ💕
Finally...
The video is about him fighting his old self and him trying to put it in the past so he could be a better person. And many people think that the clock tattoo means he knew he didn’t have that much time left
He killed off his old self because he was becoming a new man and this was supposed to be him doing what he been trying for the past few years. Amazing how he was just getting off that road of depression and his past and someone kills him for a fucking bag and some money. X was smart for using SAD! as the music video since he knew that was the biggest song on the "?" Album so he knew people would watch the story just like how he used Look At Me for the message he put out as well. Love the vro, miss him more and more every day. His small messages of positivity were actually useful when he would put them every day on IG and even though everyone just over looked that, it did help in a sense. It was a nice reminder to wake up to everyday. RIP Jahseh Onfroy 🖤🤟🏼🤘🏼
Xxxtentacion - vice city is a must, rip X
Or Highly suspect- My name is human / or Lydia . Honestly that band is a gem .
Legendary
Thank you
Ive wish to hear you guys thoughts more, it’s so bizarre and not enough is done about it. X death was a hit just like BIG and Pac
his black and blonde hair is his old self that he is fighting constantly then went from physically fighting then the black figure tells him his mind is more powerful then in the final scene where he puts his old self to rest (the unconscious one) is wearing black but there is a white void that there in which shows how there is dark-ness in any light needing to pass which did to his old self
