I always thought that this song was called "Figaro", until now.
Long Haired Hare is one of my favorite cartoons (Did you say blacksberry?) But the Tex Avery cartoon Magical Maestro from MGM is still my favorite use of this Rossini piece.
2:54 I know most people prefer back alley oproar to notes to you but I think this joke is done better in notes to you the vase coming back to hit the car is way funnier than just another object hitting him
I recall this tune was also used in the intro of "Back Alley Oproar", you forgot one.

Any time Daffy Duck sings is peak Looney Tunes XD. Though the gag from Long Haired Hare is one of my favorite ones in the whole franchise.
Have you already done "Every Time Erlkonig Was Used In Looney Tunes"? That's another one I remember hearing here and there in the scores, particularly around Yosemite Sam.

Is it me or is 0:21 - 1:11 and 2:15 - 2:57 one and the same?
That's because 2:15 (Back Alley Oproar) is a remake of 0:21 (Notes to You), replacing the nameless cat and Porky with Sylvester and Elmer (in my personal opinion, i like Notes to You better, but Sylvester singing "Angel in Disguise" and "Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2" in Back Alley Oproar is fantastic and I'd recommend watching "Oproar" over "Notes to You")
