Does the full count automatically update all the non scanned items to zero? For example, I scan/update EVERYTHING I physically have. There's 20 old skus that show inventory but we no longer have them. Will these non scanned old skus update to zero after the full count? Thank you!
Yes, full counts are meant to count every single item in inventory at a location. Therefore, any uncounted stock is set to zero. In order to avoid having uncounted items set to 0 stock, we recommend using a cycle count. You can read more about inventory options here: squ.re/4gzE0a8
