I prefer the klean canteen stainless steel cups and i always use stainless steel straws for the kids I take care of because I really hate plastic but all very good tips :)
Great information! My family and I just got back from a 3 week vacation in Europe and I thought I packed well but there is always room for improvement. I think I'll have them bring less toys next time. By the end of their trip their packs we're huge with additional things we had bought them. - Michelle :)
Thanks for the tips Teresa! I also want to add that you shouldn't have to worry about explaining yourself when it comes to giving your kids sugar, especially when traveling. You know your kids and you know what you gotta do to keep them happy when you are trapped in a cramped airplane cabin lol. You are right, when it comes to traveling, there ARE NO RULES :-) I allow my two year old watch screens when we are also traveling on various forms of public transportation because I wouldn't want to deal with a fussy child when i'm stuck on a bus or plane lol. I sometimes get those 'criticizing' looks from others, especially other women (ugh), but THank you for reminding me about packing suckers to help with ear popping. The last time we traveled with my son, he was still an infant and I would pop him on the breast for take off and landing, but he is now 2 and slowly weaning himself off of breastfeeding, so I needed that advice! Thanks again!
Id say a pillow AS WELL as a blanket. Also dressing in layers. Wearing Yoga pants/sweatpants if you have an option. Or something that feels comfortable like that. Wearing/bringing along a hoodie. or sweatshirt.
Always have a change of clothes, this goes for every person traveling, in carry on luggage. As well as having any security toys/blanket, as well as a favorite stuffed animal that is of a decently small or compact size.
we travel alot we have a big family mom36 dad35 brian13 me (ryleigh)12 jaydyn12 nate10 gabby8 skylar8 maycee8 alyx8 gracelynn6 Cameron 4 so this comes in handy for is we go on long road trips
+Pocket Monster no but like they bring it to eat on the plane but you would just have to throw it out before going through customs (that's how it works here at least ahaha)
Lollipops are boiled sweets on a stick. If the stick comes away, a little kid can easily choke on it!!! I’m not anti-candy, but lolly pops are banned in my home.... Also, mini iPads are better as smaller therefore easier to pack and I give them a cheap giant soft pashmina each, again, lighter and smaller. When their younger, wear it around the house yourself first to give it a ‘mummy’ smell...
What did parents do before ipads? Books, toys, interaction. Also no one keeps bait in a TACKLE box. Its for tackle.
When I was younger, my mom gave me airplane presents. I strongly recommend :)
Love it. I have 3 and 7 years old. I think you are amazing mom. Thank you.

Yeah, can't you bring food to eat on the plane? And at customs you have to put it in the bin

Can you take slime on a plane
I don't think you can because some planes don't allow substances except water
Rowane Moffat If its in a container thats less than 3.6 ounces or 3.0 ounces then u can take it in your carry on those are the limits for liquids.
I am 9 😂

my mum gives me a lollipop when im on a plane
Hi
Don't Know about the gift wrap on a plane.... Think about the other passengers
