Hi, how did you managed to lock in place the LED assembly in the hole of the bulb? I also bought one of these kits, but the black rubber end of the LED is smaller in diameter than the white bulb support and does not stay fix inside the hole.
I've just cut a small part of the inner part of the light cover. Put cables tight trough. Cables are wrapped in black cloth tape which is elastic and after it is closed it is pretty tight, no water can go in.
Verovatno može meko ko se razume u elektroniku. Nisam siguran ali mislim da to ide iz onih narandžastih hladnjaka. da tu ima neka elektronika koja odrađuje posao. Ako uradiš javi. I ja bih to voleo da uradim, da poštedim malo ove ledove.
Why didn't you place the resistors inside the bulb compartments? Is there a reason for that, maybe high heats? There's enough space to place it there and then only one cable will be out which goes to fuse.
almost ok. theres one thing you should solve. DRL should switch off automaticly when you are switching on normal lights. For example in Poland DRL's and traditional lights according to law must not work at the same time..
Dobro izgleda :) Ne izbacuje ti kompjuter gresku na CAN-bus? Ja planiram da uradim CCFL ali nisam siguran kako se spajaju zice. Moja Alfa je 159 2.4 JDTM 2008 i mislis da i kod mene je 24-orka slobodna za napajanje?
Ne znam zaista. ova je restyling. Ne znam sta su sve promenili. Uzmi servisnu i pogledaj tamo na semi osiguraca. A onda uzmes probnu lampu pa vidis koji dobija struju kada je na kontaktu.MOzes da upotrebis I osigurac od nekog manjeg potrosaca koji radi kad kod je na kontaktu.
Kod mene je fabrički Xenon, zato i ostaju upaljena i kada je kratko svetlo upaljeno. A ako ti H7 , možeš preko releja da namestiš da se dnevna gase kada radi kratko svetlo i tako poštediš LED - produžiš im vek.
Uspeo sam da ugradim DRL, ali posle ugradnje mi ne rade obicne pozicije i sija greska na tabli. Osigurac je dobar, sijalice sam probao da zamenim. Jesi mozda naleteo ma slican problem?
Ja sam imao problem pre godinu dana sa pozicijama iznad tablica,stavio sam LED ali su gubile masu i pokazivalo gresku i svetla su treperela. Gubile su masu i morao sam da stavim otpornik
Ne bih da te lazem, ali ti otpornici qrcu ne vrede, ako ostavis zmigavce upaljene duze od 5min ima da se istope te zice do samog otpornika... Imao sam takve na 156, i nikad se nisam usudio da ostavim zmigavce upaljene duze. Ako mozes nadji otpornike vece snage i zameni tu djubrad. Veruj mi...

Nije. Led sijalice se kupe sa nekim dodatkom zbog kog ne pali greske. Zaboravio sam detalje.

How about installing LEDs on the main headlights, to get more of a blue-ish color from them? Any suggestions?
Main hedlights are xenon. Maybe to purchase different colour spectrum.

I taped it around with termo insulating tape, the one that is used to tape around cables in the engine area.

Did you taped directly the black rubber cone that seats in the headlamp hole?
Yes, directly on it. In the area that was meant to secure it in the hole, but is too narrow. So I added the tape around it to give it on thickness.

Kako spojis sve to da bude kao fabricki. Ja imam automatska svetla npr. zice spojis sa onima sto spajaju H7 standardnu lampu/sijalicu?

Pozdrav, da li pozicija može da radi kada je dat kontakt, a kratka svetla isključena, to jest, kada stoje na auto, po danu?
Ova dnevna svetla se pale cim je dat kontakt.

Why not use the sidelights as power? As these replace the small w5w sticklights completely, then you can put all of it in headlights

Ne ovaj set nije palio ni gresku, a kao sto vidis nije bilo ni brzog kucanja. Cudno za kineze ali trajao je preko 2 god.
Nemam vise taj auto.

Car has ceramic coating. Lamps are aluminum or some other light metal, weighing 5 grams. Beleive me they can't scratch it.
