60 yr old woman here. Since your video on your Aug 2022 labs, I started taking 9 mg of boron. First day I felt so much better and every day since. There are many reasons for me to take it. Osteopenia, arthritis, hormone imbalances, magnesium absorption, etc.
THANK YOU, Paul. Tell your mom even if she doesn’t notice right away, it will still help her in the long run. We all want strong bones and body for as long as possible!!!
Tip for taking it: I read reviews and it is best to take it earlier in the day so it won’t make it harder to go to sleep.

From what I have read, a lot of the antinutrients are close to nullified with the right processes.

Boron is also effective against Candida, so at first you may experience purging symptoms. When Candida dies, toxins are released that the liver and kidneys can have a hard time dealing with. You can get angry, irritated, mood swings, etc.
Our soils are today depleted and there is very little Boron in our soils, as well as in our food. Those who raise animals in many cases receive fertilizer with extra Boron. They have found, for example, horses where their heads start to shake (similar to Parkinson's) And when they gave Boron, they stopped shaking.
We have too little Boron and other minerals compared to what we had 50 years ago.
I have been taking 18mg of Boron every day for two months. Also D-vit, K2, Magnesium and oh my gosh. Hold on to your hat 😅 I have never had such a high libido, not even when I was a teenager.
Before I detoxed my body, I also had arthritis in the fingers and knees, hormonal disorders, PCOS, Endometriosis, etc. + D-white deficiency despite a high dose from the doctors. Today I understand that I have had Boron deficiency all my life.
Since I detoxed, changed my diet, etc., I have a completely different life. A life I could only dream of before 🙏🥰

Not all the oxalates get bound to calcium and it depends on when the calcium is taken and what type it is. The body sends calcium to the sites of inflammation as a triage. If it is bound with oxalates, it also sends the shards of oxalate crystals bound to the calcium. Think kidney stones. For me as a 60 year old woman oxalates increase my joint pain.

Boron seems to be a very complex mineral. The ideal situation is a permanent effect of SHBG levels dropping while increasing free testosterone. However, that case study that reported increase in SHBG levels is worrisome because it means it's not going to have the same effect on everyone. In addition, the effect is has on the increase of DHT is probably the biggest red flag to watch out for because constant increase in DHT can lead to prostatic hyperplasia.
So now the question becomes, what is the perfect dosage? The only way to find out is to experiment with that dose range of 3-10mg/day. But one would have to constantly be getting their blood work done and have to be on pins and needles to see the results because at the end of the day that prostatic hyperplasia may lead to more problems down the road in your 60s, 70s or even 80s.
