If the motor is just the issue on shipping an older truck with all new updates. Then do everything you said except engine and have your buddy ship the engine in parts separately. Block, crank & rods, then accessories and turbo. All different boxes and shipped different times.
to be fair the truck looks better than i expect for being that old. and scania knows how to design them to still look modern.
