I don’t usually whistle with my fingers that often but it sure comes in handy when I need to get someone’s attention. I had to do it inside an airport once and after I whistled people were surprised that a middle-aged woman could whistle like that!

The point is make sure you are following the steps correctly - what happened to me is I tried many times and the “form” messed up (mouth not covering the teeth or the fingers not forming a nice A) so it helped me starting all over again from the top and try.
After following the steps shown in the video, adjust your fingers for better results. Imagine the two slanted lines of the letter "A" as your fingers on the left and right sides. Now, move your fingers closer together, reducing the gap between them. This will produce a louder whistle.
