To be honest, I was expecting the machine to be more hi-tech/sci fi, and not something as ordinary as swords or guns. Regardless, great animations; all of them.
See the problem with that expectation is that at some point you'd get nanotech, which in sci-fi tends to either be exclusively healing tech (Which would be lame and not matter anyway without a measure of hit points) OR virtually indistinguishable from magic in its use, given the potential of the technology. At that point, having more sci-fi elements would of just been confusing.

Me and my firend were playing modded minecraft and he was doing machines and I was doing magic, we would fight eachother every now and again to see how strong eachother is. Our final fight felt like this it was one of the best gaming Moments ive had.

I have no personal experience with Adobe CS but i haven't seen any stick figure animator to do anything special yet. Basically Adobe CS and MFP 8 work the same but Adobe CS has some extra stuff in it.
