I am a firm believer in Trekking Poles. After having used compression locking poles and having them collapse on me the locking type are safer if you have to put your full weight on them during a fall. Great videos.
Quite helpful.Thank so much!
Short and informative video.
This was very helpful. Thanks! : )
Great info! Thanks! :)
Hi amazing Vid. Keep Up the great Work
Hello amazing Video. Keep Up the great Work
Hi from Israel .
Carbon sucks since it breaks.
Aluminum is much more durable and therefore preferred then carbon yet corrosion sensitive even anodized . And even strong aluminum can bend.
It would be nice to see titanium poles since they have zero of those issues . Might be more expensive yet much worth it .
It is strange that all those companies do not make titanium poles .
What do you think ?
Isn't titanium also insanely heavy?
helpful!!
Love it
Soooo what you're saying is don't just but the cheapest pair on Craigslist.. got it.
Hello fantistic Vid.
Aluminum and carbon fiber poles often break or bend. Those plastic snow baskets also get very brittle in very cold environments, if gone through plenty. Atlas Titanium hiking poles are literally indestructible. There light weight and flexible but at the same time could handle thousands of pounds of pressure. Had one for two years and put it through hell and I can guarantee that hiking pole will still be going up mountains long after I'm gone
matrix86 hey the online store just went up if you got the cash its we'll worth it. They will never fail and literally last a lifetime atlastitanium.com/web-store/
I usually just grab a stick off the trail once I start to feel like I need a pole.
