To pass Wave 23, You need tons of DPS, at least 6 Doomsday, 1 row of Zeus. You have to eco early. I never upgrade Cyborgs until after 23. 14 Cyborgs will hold enough for DPs to kill. More DPS to kill 23. Keep the two Leviathans.
