Never Ever have i seen someone explain movements and principles where it flows from weapons to 'empty hand' to different weapons and vice versa. Long time viewer and still get impressed Every video! 🙏
🤨 ... "Kung Fu" outfits are comfortable & often convenient for training. Ya know, kind of like a Gi in Karate, Judo or Jiujitsu. I don't require that my students wear "Kung Fu" outfits but there's nothing wrong with them if they want to. Also, what outfit somebody wears has NOTHING to do with how humble they are. I've met martial artists who are the most humble people but they constantly wear their Kung Fu uniform or Karate Gi, & I've met T-shirt & sweat pants martial artists that are cocky douchebags.

I just realised one of the reasons I like Adam so much is he's a jeans and t-shirt guy, no fancy kung fu costumes. Down to earth and humble.
