Would you have any suggestions on how to clean the speakers of the headphones? I’ve got a bit of earwax in the right speaker and i think it’s blocking some of the sound. Either that or they have to fit on my ears really weirdly, because shifting the position of the right one more forwards makes the audio sound more balanced. I tried carefully dissolving the wax with a damp cloth with some cleaning alcohol on it and then cleaning the speakers manually and very carefully with a toothpick to fish out the tiny particles but it hasn’t really worked. It’s kind of a specific issue, but if you have any tips that’d be awesome

Absolutely looove these! Shipping was FAST! Only had to wait 2 DAYS for shipping. They fit so great, most comfortable earphones I've ever tried. They don't project the sound out, so you feel more like only you are hearing what you're listening to! Crisp, clean sound, w/ perfect amount of bass. Can some one tell me how to get the app to update the software of my Openfits? I choose to update and a photo of the buds and case come on screen but nothing happens.
I *was* so looking forward to and totally on board with these...until I discovered there's no volume control on them! I can forgive the bizarre lack of multi-point, I can forgive the reduced IPX rating... But needing to reach for my phone to adjust the volume of a loud or quiet song comes on? Total deal breaker.
As a reviewer and collector of these things … it doesn’t bother me but if I were a sane person who wants just maybe 1-2 headphones - yup it’s a big strange miss

I am deaf/no ear on my left side and wearing any type of headpeice is a chore lol and ive just heard about these earphones and its sounds great im just curious if all features are on both sides mostly the mic cause id like to connect it to my pc for work/calls.

get the app and you can switch from controlling skip and back by tapping and holding to controlling the volume level instead.

It doesn't look like the ear loop leaves enough room for the eyeglass temples. Anybody wear these with eyeglasses?

My shokz turn off with 20% power how to stop that I want it to turn off at zero % and the warning to "charge me" every minute turned off as well.
I just got these and man im impressed. It sounds like a inear headphones. Sound feels likes is coming from inside you.

You can adjust volume by customizing the touch controls … you can’t however do voice assistant, track control, and volume at the same time
Yes, I've been messing with mine, and you can set them up for volume.
use the app and change it from skip to volume control

It's missing a lot of stuff multipoint pairing no stereo mono mode limited touch controls
I think in this product category - comfortable and sound much better than bone conduction = win
