The completely unsaturated ones will fall into the void and kill you, so that means not only the black spawns are dangerous, but any type of gray, and white spawns are dangerous too; so your only option is to stand on the colored ones with medium saturation and unsaturation. The first step to the point of the game is to find a black spawn point with 4 red circles, once you do, touch it and go far away from it and hide, because The Guardian will become attracted to the spawn's noise. Once he goes away, grab a cylinder with spawn point textures on the flat sides called "The Weapon". Now all you need to do is find a hill of spawn points, put The Weapon into the glowing spawn cube to kill The Guardian, and you win.
