i think bunny wrote it a few years earlier when he was still with the wailers, and they recorded it for burnin in 74. this is a later version that he did when he had already left the wailers, on his own label, solomonic. j.watt was bunnys wife but her name is probably just there for bureaucratic reasons. could be that peter also sings here

Per quanto mi riguarda so sicuramente che Jean Watt non ė la moglie ma un amico conosco bene il carattere di Bob Marley che scriveva i testi della canzone e poi faceva figurare gli amici per aiutarli a guadagnare qualcosa per esempio anche No Woman No Cry che ha scritto Bob Marley per aiutare un amico messo male gli ha donato i diritti d'autore per fargli guadagnare qualcosa quest'ultimo è Vincent Ford che prendeva i diritti con tutto che era scritta da Marley credimi seguo questa musica da 43 anni . Marley ha sempre aiutato la sua gente e per questo che in Jamaica ancora ė un idolo intoccabile detto da Ziggy Marley negli anni 70/80 suo padre sfamava mezza isola.
