My group puts a lot of work into trying to figure out as many details as possible for our trifecta and hard mode runs, so when I make guides, I get to share a lot of little tricks and time saving strats. Thank you so much for the compliment!
Hi, I’m relatively new to the game and have just started a necro tank 🥰 any chance you could do a update on this build. I’m mainly struggling with knowing what campion points to use. Great vids btw.
This is the most updated version of the build. It's just front bar Drake's Rush and back bar Arkasis (2 Infused Potion Cooldown Purple Jewelry Pieces) with Encratis monster and Bloodlord's Embrace mythic. Flame enchant on the Drake's Rush to proc Encratis.
@@medougal Blue tree I maximize my mitigation for 3 of my slots. For my 4th slot, I like to use the one under the healing tree that gives a big damage shield when you heal under 25% health. That's just preference though. I mess around with a variety of things just to test out different ideas. Red tree... I have no idea what I use anymore for "generic" content. It changes depending on what I'm trying to achieve.
Firstly, thanks so much for these videos. They are phenomenal, and I love seeing dungeon mechanic videos from a tank perspective. Secondly, how useful do you think Bani’s would be as an option on the last boss? Or is more of your damage dot based, or damage from the adds?
Bani's works, as it will significantly reduce the damage Arkasis puts on you. That extra healing received from major vitality is more important though, as everything in there hurts... a lot. However, if you run Bani's, you are sacrificing a group buff set, so depending on how much of a time crunch you are under, it may or may not be worth it. If you need more mitigation, Yoln works well because it gives you Minor Aegis AND buffs your group. It also depends on whether you are going 3 DPS and a tank or 2 DPS, a healer, and a tank. I've heard of Bani's + Automated Defense working for the 3 DPS and a tank strat, but personally... I strongly prefer just running a healer.
I switch builds regularly. I don't get married to one build. It's nice that I've experimented with so many builds because when confronted with different situations, I can think back to different builds and pick the most appropriate one to help us complete whatever our goal is.
@@x_FireProof_x You should check out the "Jesus Aegis" templar tank build as well as the "Make Everyone a Tank" tank warden tank build I have videos on. They're awesome to play on.
hello i tried to tank this boss in HM. I seen there is a difference about your tanking and mine. You tank around 9k fire damage per seconds sometimes 10-11k not more. But me its always at least 15k in begining and then 26k per seconde always so i dont understand what is the problem
What are your resistances when you have all your buffs up? How is your uptime on your buffs? What debuffs are you putting on the boss? What is your uptime? Where do you have your CP allocated? What damage reduction do you have other than resistance (minor/major protection, minor/major aegis, minor/major evasion, class/race specific skills and passives, etc.)?
I never stick with 1 build. I experiment with a ton of stuff, so I'm sure I'll farm that eventually and use it. Sounds like it would fit well for situations with a 3 DPS, 1 tank group composition better than a 2 DPS, 1 Healer, 1 Tank composition. Although I can think of a few dungeon hard modes where it would work well even with a healer too.
@@irreverentaegis thanks for your thoughts, I main a necro tank as well so I really enjoy watching you play and how you play. Also appreciate that your enlightened to the fact that dk tanks are clunky and terrible. Keep up the good work my dude.
@@ApuwagouGaming My group consists of a warden healer using Sax, MK and Symphony, Tank using Irreverent's Arkasis + Drakes + Encratis build, a Sorc DD and I'm on a DK DD supplying the Engulfing Flames buff to the group. We're still prog'ing TG but we're getting close.

This is the best strategy I have seen for this

🤣🤣🤣
Catalyst inferno staff drop to sweeten it up even further!
Went right to the decon table. LOL. My entire group already had those since we progged this so much.
Great work guys 👏
Thanks! It was a big celebration when we finally got it!

Thanks! It was a rough prog, but with all the failures came a ton of good learning opportunities that make for good talking points!

What tank build do prefer? I keep switching back and forth, completely undecided on which one to stick with. 🤦🏻♂️ 🤯

He say's it in the video. Encratis/Arkasis/Drakes Rush.
To add to that... 5/1/1, all sturdy and all health enchants.
You gonna be putting saxheel on or you sticking with drakes and arkasis?
