Kotak offers virtual debit card, hence we dont have to pay any annual charges..
I am able to use it with UPI and at ATM's as well. For me Kotak is better than AU for balance below ₹1 Lakh

Worst experience with kotak mahindra bank.. got my account debit freezed twice within a year .. bank employees don't talk politely.. they treat me like I've done some sort of fraud.. KYC guy always says that there's a server issue.. it's been more than two motnhs sicne my account is debit freezed.. no solution yet.. kotak sucks

मेरे account में vedio kyc complete है फिर भी मेरा account फ्रिज कर दिया है kotak me ओर 3 से 4 महीने हो गए है

Sir, But in future if the both bank declare that now it should be maintain minimum balance 2000/5000/10000 than what can we do. Few years ago DBS bank started their zero balance Sevings A/C opening but after some years they decided that now it should be maintain ₹ 5000.

Sir you dont ever discuss what is the upper limit of these 0 balance account. Please mention it as its important because they convert your 0 balance to a normal savings account if u put more money than the upper limit in that account in a year.

Maine kuch der pehle AU Bank ki account opening kar raha tha ,, Unho ne mujhe Pehle Platinum savings account bana ke liye move kiya..but maine arrow pe click karke other option se digital savings account nikal ke application dala..initial payment dal ne baad , VKYC link ane se pehle page automatically redirect ho gaya. Maine customer service se call karke (non toll free number) issue bataya. unho ne bola within 48hrs Vkyc team contact karega. Lets see.
