really loving the Design of Spartan Batman. makes me think of 300,Berserk and of course Batman.
Steampunk Batman is like basically the movies version of the movie Batman Gotham by Gaslight with his weapons and everything that was shown in the movie has though this version of Batman i like wished they would make a movie of this version and probably may call it Batman: The Spartan Path now that would make for a really good idea for an animated movie idea for this Batman though since theirs so many versions of Batman and Nightrunner & Musketeer are two versions of Batman as Batman of Paris and theirs some of this on Amazon to and this version of Batman is actually the counterpart version of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey: Alexios with some of the similar weapons
Quick question why are some play arts cheaper at Amazon than at bigbadtoystore.
Modeled a character somewhat after this figure... And a golden eagle. He is supposed to be of a race of falcon people.. Body is human, no beak, just wings, and they are hatched from eggs... So I guess he wouldn't have a belly button lol. The comic I created for him, back in high school, is being redone, and if I have a game done, it will play like Castlevania Symphony of the Night... With a bit of Guardian Heroes.
Have you ever had a figure's limb come off on you're while you're filming the articulation? Arm came off on my PAK Armored Batman. I managed to get it reattached, but I lost posing in that arm.

Awesome Batman Sparta toy,I got one of these bad boys,but up close I wish the paint on the armor was a little more darker for some reason.Great review by the way!!!

I think the elbow is supposed to resemble a elbow pad because it looks the same on the inside of the elbow

If you don’t look at the gauntlet or shield then it just looks like a normal spartan which is cool
The only thing i like about gaps is if a character (this one) has a dagger/knife you can put it in the gap then push the gap down so that the knife gets stuck there

These batmans just keep getting better & better
it make sense that they design to only have right had wielding the shield because that is historically accurate. The Roman army only equip their right hand with shield not left hand.

hello i just bought the figure and it is awesome but i have diffucult time attaching hands and weapons can you help me the hand are too stiff i even couldn't put the sword on
Looks like a perfect match for a Wonder Woman figure.
Play Arts Kai is the type of figure line that's kind of appealing and cool at first, but you'll more than likely sell off on ebay a few months done the line.
The cape is a little bit weird, but this guy is suuuuper cool.
Will you review Timeless Bushido Batman too?

mine arrived today and its every bit as amazing as your review made it look and sound. unfortunately the spear head is pretty bent, I often hear you say a little hot water or hit with a hairdryer should fix it but I'm concerned I'm either gonna melt the thing or wash the paint off. any tips would be greatly appreciated thank you. keep up the good work man amazing reviews

Hey Anthony, Im really pondering getting this figure. I had a very horrible introduction to this line with the Arkham Knight figure. I want this...but Im scared. So heres some questions, the torse joint(s) seem somewhat loose, would you say thats true? Also over time has your opinion changed in any way on this figure for the better/worse? thanks

i hope they do like 20 more timeless ones, like seriously i see no problem with this line, i mean pak are done with the dc but they got the rights to do batman why not let them do it while they have it, besides this batmen are wicked cool when they are together

this figure is like the playmates tmnt figure company line where they make all these what ifs that never exsisted, its another way for action figure companies to take money. With these higher priced playarts kai figs i would just stick to the main variants. though this figure is fukn badass, who wants like ten batmans at 60+ bucks?! overall great review

Cool review, it is expensive, but i find that play arts reduce the price a couple of months later, then 6 months later it is only a fraction of the price, I brought all three of these Spider-Man, Venom and Iron-Man, all equivalent for the price of one.

+AnthonysCustoms If they are you can't tell. Play arts have an office in london, so you would think service is going to be good, anything but! I pre-ordered the Spider-Man it was 3 months late (they offered 10% of next order. I got it, posed it & the leg fell off, returned it, 6 weeks later got replacment, then both legs fell off! Got one from ebay, in box, arrived in emaculate condition, compared to pre-order replacement no difference at all (have seen other botlegs and they are crap). So contacted PA another few weeks went by they offerered to give me a full refund, but only 10% compensation of nxt order, refused their so called compensation, got my money back, so will not buy from them again, all this took 6 months in total. Had Thor on pre-order arrived no problems at all. The kicker here is that they had reduced the pre-order SM by 40% but would only give me 10% of next order. Have compared the venom and Iron-Man, box, paints everything is the same as the once you reviewed.
youre saying you bought directly from square enix and got them for $40 each? or did you buy from someone else?
+AnthonysCustoms Square Enix had them priced at £75.00 like this Sparta Bat Man, these are then reduced to £60.00. As they sent me two Spiderman where the legs kept falling off i got them from ebay for £25 (about $40) I undestand they use the same moulds but the pvc is of a lower quality, not that i have noticed very pleased with them.

hey anthony, i've bought this figure and IT"S AWESOME!!!! But do you have recommendation about other figure (preferably play arts kai) that has similar taste of armor and detail to this? those armor that well detailed but not futuristic..and have a heavy metal touch into it..something like that... I only able to think general zod or faora figure..but is there anything else?

hey anthony i got mine however im so dissapointed on the cape.. it seems the peg was stuck on straight position.. i cant move it side to side just like in your review.
also the knee connection to the legs is quite wiggling/shaking but the snap is so tight.. im new to play arts so the slight shaking of the joints is it normal??

thanks man.. i was quite worried, when im putting the figure for some 300 spartan pose. the knee/legs is sliding a bit because of that small gap. do you have tutorials on how to tighten ratchet joints?

AnthonysCustoms Didn't seem like it. The peg just wouldn't go into the head so I used a lighter and heated the peg up to soften it and attach the head. I was really pissed though because I bought it through the official website

There is no way this Batman cannot kill during the Spartan era. And be a lot more team oriented as well since Spartans are all about the phalanx.
