- Skinny and Franko Fists of Violence (2023) created by Blue Sunset Games and Marluk is a second installment in the ultra brutal Polish beat'em up franchise. I am really very excited about this title.... it's like the return of a legend. For those who don't know the first game came out for the Amiga in 1994 and was called "Franko the Crazy Revenge". It took us a long time to wait for the sequel.... but it was worth it. Why? Because this game provides what other games in the genre cannot. Brutality and rudeness is the very essence of this game. And I love it with all my heart. Combat system in comparison to the competition is really innovative rich in finishers and interaction with the environment. Truly a treat for bone-breakers. It is not a perfect title, I would even say a niche title. But if you fit into this niche you're likely to be satisfied, and the bugs present after release can always be patched. If you're bored with the standard approach to the genre, you'll definitely be positively surprised here. Time to clean the city..... bloodbath style.

Holy cow, I never knew someone made a sequel to Franko. This game is tight
In fact, 2 of the 3 original creators are involved with the help of a small studio. The game had a lot of bugs in the beginning but is being systematically patched. Overall I highly recommend it and especially in co-op.

As thick and indiscernible as the VAs accent are, it's got major charm and is utterly hilarious. And you really fuck dudes up in this too lol. "You Fire!!"
Yeah maybe the voice acting is not of the highest quality, but it reflects well the atmosphere of the grotesque world in which it was set. I personally love this game because it departs from the standards used for more than 3 decades in beat'em up games and sets its own rules. Some better, some worse solutions, but still as a whole it definitely stands up for itself.
Эта настолько сделано разнообразно, что очень круто выглядит. Драки, взаимодействия с предметами, анимации. По мне для таких реалистичных 2д файтингов нужно больше реалистичных анимаций, как можно больше. Но такую игру захотелось приобрести.
По мне некоторые моменты выглядят нереалистично. Есть моменты где можно добавить, чтоб было ещё более реалистично. Игра заслуживает покупки.
The game has a history of drama and a streak of bad luck. One of the reasons is that the original people responsible for the game turned out to be briefly incompetent, making the development time reach an astronomical 8+ years. During this time, most of the team left the project, and the copyright holder asked for help from a small studio, which eventually helped him to put the game together. Game was sponsored from the beginning with crowd founding, thats why people were angry for long development time, and all in all a mass of hatred poured out on the developers . Final product probably would have looked a little different if all these problems had been avoided. Despite the mass of bugs, which are still being patched today, I still think it is one of the best beat'em up games. It definitely stands out from the competition with its unconventional combat system and overall approach to gameplay. The game as well as developers themselves deserve some love in the end . Certainly an expansion to the game is being created right now. And if all goes well, it's possible that the original developer will create a sequel to another game they created during the Commodore Amiga era.

They definitely need to patch the difficulty settings. It makes it unenjoyable because there’s so many moves but you never get to do them. And save points!!! Needs save points!!!

Trudna jest w porównaniu do Franko z 94r, ale M.Pawluk zrobił kawał dobrej roboty.
Sekret tkwi w przechwytywaniu ciosów. Jak się tego nauczy to bossowie padają bez większego oporu. Tak Mariusz dał radę ....... i mam nadzieje że na tym nie poprzestanie.
Dobrze grasz👍Na czwartek jest szykowana wielka łatka. Coś się powaliło z grą przy finalnym buildzie. Mimo to gra jest rewelacyjna. Mariusz jak obiecywał, tak zrobił🙂
Tak na pewno sprawdzę. Gra mi się parę razy zawiesiła, więc odczułem to z pierwszej ręki. Tak Mariusz zdecydowanie dostarczył to co obiecywał, i przyznam szczerze że jest lepiej niż się spodziewałem. Doman 2 na tym silniku był by cudny.

@@drummaniac4698 Po tym zakończeniu można się domyślić że dodatek w drodze. Przypuszczam po tych zdjęciach na biurku dziadka na wózku z zakończenia że to albo Klocek we własnej osobie albo jego ojciec będzie finalnym bossem.
@@RetroMatter W pierwszym etapie jest mrugnięcie okiem. Stoi starszy gość, a za nim ochroniarze pilnują wózka inwalidzkiego. Jest napis na jego oparciu. Trzeba się tylko przyjrzeć, i będziesz wiedział kim jest dziadek😁

Да, определенно, игра выделяется своим визуальным оформлением на фоне других ходячих браулеров. Это огромный технологический скачок для бренда. Особенно учитывая, что первая часть на Amiga была сделана в Delux Paint :D

Yes the game definitely in terms of diversity and ability to deal with opponents, stands out from the competition and sets new standards in the genre.

Można wyłączyć w opcjach. Tak też mi się to z Banjo-kazooie kojarzy. Ja się już przyzwyczaiłem.

It is "disgusting" in the positive sense of that word. Therefore, it perfectly fills a gap in the beat em up genre, which currently lacks explicit brutality and rudeness.

Czy to jest gameplay z całej "kariery" czy może tylko dema? Nie chcę oglądać żeby nie psuć sobie później zabawy ;)

Masakra, jakie to słabe jest, do pierwszej części nie ma podjazdu. Pierwsze co się rzuca w oczy to jakaś taka plasticzkowatość grafiki, taki komiks z odrobiną krwi dla dzieci. We Franko czuć było każdy zadawany cios a tutaj to jakaś kpina jest.
@@ABC-uf9gk Ja też ogrywałem pierwszą część i widzę różnicę ale też mając więcej lat inaczej się odbiera gry czy ich kontynuacje. Ja pomimo widocznych wad doceniam że wreszcie się ukazała dwójka. Jest sporo ciosów, finiszerów i walka jest fajnie rozbudowana ale swoje wady też ma i każdy kto zagrał chociaż w demo je pewnie zauważy ale teraz ogromne tytuły AAA wypuszczają w stanie średnio grywalnym więc nie jest aż tak źle z Franko ;)

Yes definitely. It's just that it gets a little too easy then, and survival turns into a race of who will slaughter more. You can find gameplays on my channel both in Co-op , as well as on the highest difficulty level.

All in all, I agree there are similarities. But the original game from 1994 was modeled after Final Fight. I highly recommend it because there is no such juicy brutal beat'em up on the market. It's style is very unique.

Kopnięciem owszem. Przeciwnik musi mieć nad głową pomarańczowe gwiazdki aby to zrobić... gwiazdki występują tylko wtedy gdy jest już dość mocno oklepany, czyli mniej więcej gdy jego życie jest poniżej 40%. Nie wszystkie bronie mają też finishery. Nóż, śrubokręt , butelka, klucz francuski, pręt, srebrny długi klucz zabijają natomiast przeciwnika od razu gdy się nimi rzuci za pomocą przycisku bloku. Mam nadzieje że to rozwiąże twoje wątpliwości i będzie pomocne.

Well, there may no longer be as many sound effects in a row as in the original, but the essence of the massacre has been greatly improved. A great sequel indeed. Highly recommended.

I love this game but it's bullshit at the wrong moments. @2:40:53 I made it to this point 3 times, each time it freezes and I have to start over. Now when I face him he's invincible🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
I already passed the game 5 times including once in co-op and only once the game crashed for me on level 4. To be more precise, behind the arcade room something happened that I couldn't go to the right anymore. And when it comes to the Robot, he fell every time and didn't create any problems. Currently, it is easy. The video shows gameplay from the first commercial build of the game. And believe me then the game was much harder. Eventually community began to cry about it and creators made the game easier to the point that on degenerate you can hardly feel the resistance when passing the game. But last difficulty level "Insane" is really hard if you're looking for a challenge, as long as you can get there, of course.

Ludzie włączcie sobie na jutubie filmiki z pierwszym Franko - ale koniecznie wersje na Amigę - przecież ten wspólczesny plasticzkowy chłam nie ma porównania do części pierwszej.
Jak kto lubi. W razie czego polecam obejrzeć gameplay z pierwszego Franko u mnie na kanale jest też Doman i Street Hassle.

Я не знаю, какую версию вы используете. Я играю на ПК и никогда не сталкивался с подобной проблемой. Кроме того, если у вас есть оригинальная игра, то просто обновите ее, если нет, то вам просто нужно искать более новую версию, потому что эта, очевидно, нестабильна. Игра с самого начала была полна ошибок, даже с патчами иногда было невозможно пройти игру. Последний раз я играл в нее 2 месяца назад и прошел ее без проблем. Я понятия не имею, как обстоят дела с консольными версиями.
