Just discovered your channel. I practice yoga about 5 times a week. I really like your simple and straight-forward instruction without distracting music. :-)

Thank you very much for your great videos! Super nicely explained 🙌🏼 I’d like to comment that I personally need to do exercises or poses for shoulder mobility before full wheel and it makes a big difference for me 🙏🏼

I love the way your videos progress and move students into poses. In my 40's and early 50's, I was able to do the wheel pose easily, the way you are showing it; however, I am almost 62 now and just don't have the upper arm strength to raise my body now, although, I can do bridge pose easily. Any suggestions of what I can do?

I am 52 and think plancks are the best to strength the upper body... Aldo the dolphin is a good and progresive one

I hope you keep doing videos, love them. I practice yoga 🧘‍♂️ 5 to 6 times a week at home. With practice Ive achieved some of the yoga poses, always doubting if I'm doing them right or wrong. I can do wheel pose but my wrists always turn out and hurt. While I'm doing the pose I've tried to correct it but then I have to get out, is easier for me to do full wheel... I don't know the sanscrit name, I put my forearms on the floor... Any advice?

I have trouble extending my arms. I feel like my shoulder mobility and tight triceps are the problem. Any tips?

When you to the low lunge, instead of just lifting your arms, try to lift them and bend them backwards. Also the half frog position iwith one arm on the floor and the other reaching straight up has given me good flexibility in a short time
