Yea I agree. If you live in the south , aluminum free deodorant just doesn’t fix the problem 😂😂😂. I’m also glad to see an influencer speaking about dealing with a thyroid disorder. It’s so common , especially for women and really messes with everything important such as your hair and nails thinning, your skin (being so dry) , your energy levels, your moods, your weight etc. and any tips for stuff you’re using I’m sure is welcome for those of us in the same boat as you. I do know that if I take my 75 milligrams of levothyroxin like I am supposed to, the symptoms decrease but it’s such a daily struggle and I’m glad you’re bringing up products to help❤
The hair dye… i love the colors they have. Love that it’s less toxic and smells less toxic. BUT it doesn’t cover my grays. Some were partially covered for a week or so. Just wanted to share in case someone was curious about gray coverage.
I used to have horses many years ago and we would always “borrow” the mane and tail shampoo and conditioner. The hoof cream is also amazing for your nails 😅
My favorite hygiene product this year has been a shock to me. I love sweet warm girly scents, but found thid in the men's aisle at Wal-Mart. It's Old Spice Men's Body Wash Calming with Vanilla Notes. It's a nice creamy warm vanilla with a hint of cashmere like note. My daughters and I have finished two bottles of this leaving everything else unused. I would love to have a matching lotion. The scent is very long lasting and apparently has a matching deodorant.

I just ordered the hempz lotion from ulta, can’t wait to smell it! Dove soap is the best. I also stopped getting enhancements on my nails. My nails are a mess and they hurt. I don’t think I will get anything on my nails again. I want them to be healthy.

I highly recommend trying Vegamour+ hair serum if you haven’t already. I’ve dealt with health related hair loss a lot and I feel like it slowed the shedding but also definitely sped up the regrowth process! A little pricy but totally worth it imo

Aluminum free deodorants are really hit or miss! Have you tried AHA based deodorant? Kosas and Necessaire have nice ones. The AHA prevents the bacteria that makes sweat smell (sweat itself is odorless). Tbh when it’s that hot, avoiding sweat is kind of impossible. I’m also not sure if it’s healthy to prevent sweat that as your body is trying to cool down.
Prices are high due to fuel prices…pipelines being shut down really has cost America…no matter how minute the product is…all of its ingredients to make them, and then the finished product itself has to be shipped…from all over…which is all dependent on fuel…we’re living on our reserves from homeland security at this point and have been…sad! This past week fuel prices dropped I’m sure due to the upcoming election…maybe prices will come down a lil til after the election anyway to give people some relief🤷🏻♀️then it just depends on what happens with that…

Always use sulfate free shampoos and conditioners for color treated hair,it will last longer and will not fade as quick.Thats with any hair dye.❤❤
