I made a slight deviation to my mega deck configuration. I took out the 9 repeating cards, and a further 7 cards, to make the animal oracle deck to be 40 cards. I prefer both of my decks to have an equal number cards, so that there would be an equal balance of plants to animals. Also, having just 80 cards make it more manageable to shuffle. I'm loving this configuration 😊

I’m glad you enjoyed it. I was using it just yesterday with witch sister tarot. Such an epic pairing. The magpie in this oracle makes it feel like a must as it is. When I saw it, I fell hard lol. I’d love to hear how you get on, should you go for it.
I want this mega deck! I neeeeeed this mega deck! 😂 I’m very much in a Strange Sprouts summer, so that was prob my fav pairing, but I also really loved Wild Unknown too.
LMFAO the foam for you has been very real with these hasn't it? I don't feel too bad, I know you'd enjoy them both. We def have some deck crossovers in these kind of tastes and art styles. o0o I love you fave choices. Interesting. I'm so having a moment with that French deck too. I put it away for summer, as it was in my spring mix. But it keeps jumping back out, lol.
Thank you for sharing this. I've had both of these decks for quite some time now and have not yet taken the time to look through either guidebook. I've gone back and forth whether I need to keep either of these decks and keep thinking I want to rehome them but never quite pull the trigger. After watching this and learning a few things about the decks that I didn't know, (I had no idea that the Winter Seer had Nordic influences which is something that I've been studying, ironically) I intend to keep them. Which makes me happy 😅
I'm so excited to hear this may have sparked some new joy for yours. At least either way you'll probably know after that if they're going to stay for longer or not. I am having a blast. Perhaps the books will add to it all =)
