ngl man this is actually an amazing quality video. Especially for a creator of your quality I expected to scroll down and see a couple hundred thousand subs and to my surprise a small channel. Keep it up man with some persistence there is no way you wont blow up
As a newer trolldier main, ~120 hours in game practice, I think "most" of the bad maps are really good practice. Many of them force you to make your jumps really fast and accurate when attacking or retreating, bhops are a necessity in tight spaces (which I'm trying to learn now), and the increased difficulty improves game sense much faster than high tower. I die a LOT doing this but I think the experience gain is worth it. The main exception for me is Turbine, because a single sentry can block the entire midfield and force you to stay at spawn. I've had games where my team basically gave up on offence because of multiple l3 sentries in mid, it's a bad map in general in my opinion. Great video btw, well done.
Thanks a lot! And yeah, I'd have to agree. Even though I've played this game for so many years, I feel like this challenge genuinely made me a lot better at Trolldier because it forced me to learn to deal with really weird situations. It also made me appreciate Hightower that much more haha

Can see some good potential of this channel. + Totally unnecessary feedback: I feel like just the raw clips bound together makes the video drawn out a bit, adding additional scripted vocal explanations on top of those to can resolve this issue I think.

Sucks because that section is right at the start, so hopefully people still stick around for turbine and onward :P

If you ever tried this challenge again it would be interesting to see how well plr pipeline goes. With the first stage being so small and the second stage being mostly just a tunnel, I imagine it would be a challenge

Ah finally someone did it! I thought about such video idea for few months now, since I tried to play trolldier on Junction too and it was just as miserable, though pushing the last point was sometimes very funny, because you can jump over the walls on that final point and get few kills that way too, there are also couple of stairs where you can pull out some nice "rollout" kills
Haha I've been sitting on this for a while. I actually recorded a few hours of gameplay with the original 20ks junction challenge but it was so incredibly painful that I had to pivot to this video because of the queue times.
I love trolldier on nucleus, I love the lack of invisible walls (pretty sure there’s like 2) so I can use every single part of the geometry to make the weirdest routes and garden people as I go

I love playing Trolldier on 2fort. I can do the classic battlements, I can do the open area, I can market garden INSIDE the forts, I can even do it in the sewers too! 4,300 confirmed Shovels. Mostly 2fort exclusive.
I'm surprised dustbowl wasn't add to the list of the worst map for trollider . as not does the map have low indoor ceilings, narrow chockepoints, little room to jump and fly, and sentry in ever corner.

nucleus doesnt seem very bad for trolldier, it has a nice open space at most of the middle of the map and can be nice for jumps

I used After Effects for the whole intro section and Premiere Pro for the rest (starting as I queued into nucleus)
