I’ll admit between how interesting Yugoslavian/Serbian small arms are and the fact that the combination muzzle device/grenade launcher tends to piss off states with AW bans makes the M59/66 one of my top wish list rifles. It’s just a shame that in less than a decade they jumped from 300-400 USD rifles to now being as expensive, if not more expensive than a CMP M1 Garand.
I am jealous of that nice SKS, I will admit. Not able to get one where I am due to laws. As for the rifle grenade sight, the leaf sight on the rifle is actually the rear sight. The front is actually the grenade itself, either the nose of the round, or one of the rear fins. Not the most accurate or precise, but hey, with explosive, you just need to hit close enough
You need to buy one of the Yugo inert rifle practice grenades.Learn to shoot it off from the SKS. Then it's a fun rifle to have. You don't need to do anything on the SKS rifle other than turn the gas off and push up the grenade sights.
When you said another video I remember you shooting the tree and the grenade bouncing back at you it was funny

I already have done that, I just dont know the exact way to use the grenade sights with the range markings
Did you re finish the stock or was it already done when you purchased the rifle
It came like that, but the previous owner did refinish the stock yes
So I was right, it was a SKS
