Ever thought about making the one template and then using a router with a flush trim bit? It would be a lot easier than using the jigsaw on all those pieces. Just an idea.

I watched one of your Videos in which you built something on your lawn using Railroad ties.Railroad Ties are coated with Creosote tar a Carcinogen that causes cancer.Your not supposed to be cutting and breathing particles from those railroad ties.Moreover you have poisoned your lawn by placing those ties in the soil.Iam concerned that other my be encourage to build with railroad ties and be harmed.I Suggest you make another video explaining why you shouldn’t build anything with Railroad ties
