Did you ever loose customers at the beginning and if so what reasons? I lost some for 2 streaks upstairs so I corrected the problem and still lost the customer and another woman said that a window upstairs was dirty so I cleaned it again and she still insisted dirt in corner it looked clean from outside and another didn't even answer so I'm gonna just do something different as people are to tedious about the whole thing
