INGREDIENTS:-
For the potato cheese mixture:-
3 Boiled potatoes
1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
2 green chillies
2 tsp all purpose flour (maida)
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
½ tsp Ginger Garlic paste
50 gram cheese
1 cup Breadcrumbs
For Breadcrumbs:-
15 -20 Bread slices (grind it then roast till moisture removes)
For Cheese Balls:-
3 solid cheese cubes (divide 1 cheese cube in four pieces then fill it in cheese balls)
For slurry:-
1 tsp all purpose flour (maida)
¼ tsp salt
water for runny consistency
Frying:-
oil for frying
