Kudzu root can be equated to ginseng when it comes to medicinal benefits. As a natural anti-inflammatory supplement, it maintains liver health and supports heart health. Besides, it has been used in Chinese medicine for centuries. Our ancestors never cease to amaze me. But how on earth did they turn kudzu root into powder？
How to make kudzu root powder?
1. Scrape off the dirt, skin, and filter.
2. Let it sink for one night.
3. Give it another rinse, another filter, and another sink.
Hang dry, slice it up, grate, filter, and bottle.
How to use kudzu root powder?
1. Dissolve it in cold water and pour boiling water.
2. Add some honey and sweet osmanthus.

I just discovered your channel because I wanted to know how to make kudzu powder. We have lots of the plant growing where I live. Why buy it when it is everywhere waiting to be harvested?
To say the very least, I am entranced by your beauty and grace. I should be careful because you could easily steal my heart away from me.
You have done very well and your skills are impressive. You have a beautiful and warming house. I wish I could see it in person. Perhaps, in a future video you could provide a tour of it?
