    Nearly a year late, but wonderful finally to see you work that part!
    About how far do you drill that tapered 4mm through out the other end?

    Great work. I have heard that the stem occupies 70% effects that would change the entire smoking experience. Which means that a same pipe with different stems would bring different tastes. Was curious about this.

    What size hole did you drill for the delrin tenon?

    • @jalanpipes
      @jalanpipes  10 лет назад

      The same size as the delrin diameter. In this case, 5/16"

    How far up do you drill for the delrin tenon?

      If you mean into the ebonite, usually 3/8" or longer. Make sure both surfaces are deeply gouged to give room for the epoxy to set up.
