- This is the best build for easy fort plundering. Easily solo plunder any fort that is level 14 or lower and receive all the helm resources as your reward! Produce gold skull rum etc with these helm resources and sell them for massive amounts of silver!

Thank you very much my comrade! Your comments here are absolutely brilliant. I just tested it and even beat level 13 fortress on my own. When it comes to equipment, I only chose one thing differently. I took 15% damage against buildings. It was a dream 3 to 4 shots and the turret was gone. one shot with the Balista and damage of 50,000 :-). Thanks and keep it up. Greetings from Germany

I just wanted to point out, the new bombard furniture is a possible drop listed on the French treasure chest rewards from disrupting the "Convoy of high spirits", both the lv 7 and 11 version of the treasure fleet have a chance for the chest.

@gusomajic yeah it's pretty crazy with a flat 10% damage boost and 8% structure boost. Paired with powder kegs it's hilarious.

Yeah, sniping can be overpowered as I found out soloing the elite ships which call for those in support. They are easy to kill but if you don't address them quickly, it can get ugly fast. The Ballista is the last weapon I haven't used yet. I've been having fun with my raider set-up but it isn't made for plunder. Of course like many of these videos, it's a matter of getting the end level stuff, like that armor. I've been lucky to get the Royal to drop multiple times from doing the legendary heists which was a game changer.
Yeah I totally agree, sniping keeps us alive much longer haha. Plus it does great weak spot damage, but good luck shooting the twin winch in the open seas when it’s a storm 🏴☠️🏴☠️ 😂

I been using mons three but i have a buddy that usually takes care of the ships while i take the fort we both going to try this out
Yeah it’s easier when you have a friend to help. But when playing solo a full Mons Meg build won’t destroy the reinforcing ships quick enough and you’ll get overrun 🏴☠️
You can turn pieces of 8 into silver using the black market in the helm to purchase materials and then resell for silver.The exchange rate is shit but better than a pile of p 08 (not an alternative to farming silver just upcycling po8

Now if I can find a team that is going to be Champs and strictly fight ships, would using mons megs 3 and termites 3 with the right furniture be a good one? Or is it not powerful enough Stull for mega forts etc

If you didn’t have to worry about fighting any of the ships then I would definitely put mons Meg 3s on both sides. Those things shred fort defences, you will just be within their mortar firing range so make sure you keep moving :)

How are you targeting you bombards? You're pretty accurate with them.
I don’t really have a secret to it, I have used them a lot so I’ve got a good feeling for them.
I use the first shot as a range finder and then spam the follow up shots either higher or lower, depending on where the first shot landed. I hope this helps :)
How much silver or at least helm resources does this get per hour though? Is it better than just doing the supply missions every hour?
I haven’t checked the exact amount for each hour, but I can get atleast 1500+ helm resources an hour.
I usually just do whatever plunders are available, then start the helm resource production and not long after that I can do the plunders again.

I got similar build to this one but i get 63k per shot for forts but sucks for boats
Yeah I could have squeezed more out of the damage on fort weak points but I tried it and I was too weak to deal with the ships
How do you get the sovereigns to buy the Twin Winch Balista?
just do helm pieces of eight runs and as you reach certain amounts you get sovereigns

If You keep getting Pieces of Eight you will slowly climb a seasonal leaderboard. Ranking up on the leaderboard will reward you with sovereigns :)
You can check how close you are to ranking up on the leaderboard by going into your helm and opening the helm overview at the desk. I hope this helps :)
Why port furniture instead of bombards furniture?
Because a flat 10% damage increase is more powerful than the elemental increase the bombard furniture gives us :)
Twin winch is not available in season 2
You can’t buy it directly from the black market this season, but you can buy the “legacy cache 1” from the black market, which has a chance of having a twin winch in it.
Or you can do the cutthroat cargo events and hope to get lucky with it.

I run the twin winch on front, dards or fire bombards on other three sides. I use snow and oborous and as long as you're bracing you're extremely difficult to kill. Furniture is focused on stamina, water tank, stamina Regen for others. Another fun one is barque, bombards, structure damage furniture.
